Please note that some of our products are made-to order. All garments which state in the description 'This is a made-to-order product' are not held in stock. This is regardless of whether you purchase a standard size or you customise the size of the garment. Made-to-order items take between 3-4 weeks to be made. This time frame does not include processing and shipping times. If you require a garment by a certain date please email us at contact@eracollection.com.au and let us know.
Customisation Options
Made-to-order products can be made based on the measurements which you provide us with. If you would like to customise your dress to your measurements please provide us with your bust, waist, hips and height (without heels) measurements.
Our made-to-order garments can be made in other colours. Please email us and we can provide you with swatch cards of the colours available. If you would like to make additional adjustments please let us know.
Return Policy
Made-to-order items which have been customised to your measurements and adjusted based on your colour preferences, cannot be exchanged or returned. This is due to the fact that the item is not re-sellable. Made-to-order items which have not been customised to your measurements and have not been adjusted may be exchanged.
