We want you to be happy with your purchase therefore, you may return most new and un worn items within 7 days of delivery for a store credit or exchange. You must send us an email within 24 hours of receiving the item to let us know that you would like an exchange or store credit.
For a product to be eligible to be returned, your item must be unused and in the same condition which you received it.
Provided that it is not our error, items will not be returned if they are not in their original condition, have missing parts or are damaged.
You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You must include a new prepaid AUSPOST satchel with your item which you wish to return.
Made-to-order items which have been customised to your measurements and adjusted based on your colour preferences, cannot be exchanged or returned. This is due to the fact that the item is not re-sellable. Made-to-order items which have not been customised to your measurements and have not been adjusted may be exchanged.
