Returns

All purchases of full-priced items can be returned for a store credit or refund (to your original payment method). Items returned are subjected to rejection if they do not satisfy the following requirements:

  • The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags attached (including the security tag)
  • The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)
  • Request for a store credit or refund is made within 48 hours of the item being delivered
  • The item is returned to us within 7 days from delivery
  • The item does not have any odour (including deodorant, perfume, body odour or washing powder)
  • The returns form is filled and included within the parcel being sent back
  • Items purchased using store credits (partially or fully) are not eligible to be returned for a refund or store credit
  • Sales items are not eligible to be returned for a store credit or refund
  • A receipt and proof of purchase is available 

RETURNING COSTS:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Please note refunds incur a $15 handling fee which will be deducted from the refund.
  • Store credits do not incur a handling fee.

Era Collection reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which do not comply with any of the above requirements. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by Era Collection 

To request a return, you may send us an email to contact@eracollection.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order with the subject line ‘Returns’ and state your full name and order number. 

RETURNS PROCESSING TIMES:

Allow up to 7 working days for your refund and store credit to be processed and up to an additional 5 days for the funds to reach your account depending on your payment method.

Please note: Era Collection is not liable for the loss of items in return transit. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
